Effective: January 23, 1963 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 105th General Assembly Nothing in sections 308.01 to 308.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall limit the exercise of the power or authority granted to counties or municipal corporations by sections 307.20, 717.01, and 719.01 of the Revised Code.
