Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No allowance for expenses, provided for in section 307.23 of the Revised Code, shall be made or paid unless an itemized account of such expenses, approved by the board of trustees or directors of an incorporated historical society, are presented to the board of county commissioners.
