Effective: October 21, 1959 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1081 - 103rd General Assembly Any county availing itself of any of the provisions of sections 303.26 to 303.56, inclusive, of the Revised Code, in order to fully effectuate the purposes and objectives of said sections in respect of any planning or project activities thereunder by such county, may, by its board of county commissioners, prescribe such reasonable rules and regulations not inconsistent with said sections, as such board of county commissioners determines to be necessary or appropriate.
