Effective: April 10, 1990 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 336 - 118th General Assembly The director of budget and management shall provide for reimbursement of the fees to the officers of the state on whose governor the requisition is made under section 2963.21 of the Revised Code, and all necessary travel in returning the prisoner at the rates governing travel that have been adopted pursuant to section 126.31 of the Revised Code, on the certificate of the governor of such state.
