Effective: September 30, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 86 - 129th General Assembly The department of rehabilitation and correction shall adopt rules that specify standards and criteria for the revocation of a certificate of achievement and employability issued under section 2961.22 of the Revised Code. The rules shall require revocation of a certificate that has been issued to a person if the person is convicted of or pleads guilty to any offense other than a minor misdemeanor or a traffic offense. The rules shall not provide for revocation of a certificate that has been issued to a person based on a violation of a condition of conditional pardon, parole, other form of authorized release, transitional control, or post-release control under section 2967.15 of the Revised Code that is not also a criminal offense under any other section of the Revised Code.
