Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly If a court sentences a person who commits a sexually oriented offense or a child-victim oriented offense to a community control sanction, the court may make payment of the registration fee required by section 311.172 of the Revised Code a condition of the community control sanction.
