Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A motion to quash may be made when there is a defect apparent upon the face of the record, within the meaning of sections 2941.02 to 2941.35, inclusive, of the Revised Code, including defects in the form of indictment and in the manner in which an offense is charged.
