Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In case of sickness, death, discharge, or nonattendance of a grand juror after the grand jury is sworn, the court may cause another to be sworn in his stead. The court shall charge such juror as required by section 2939.07 of the Revised Code.
