Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When required by the grand jury, prosecuting attorney, or judge of the court of common pleas, the clerk of the court of common pleas shall issue subpoenas and other process to any county to bring witnesses to testify before such jury.
