Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The grand jury may appoint one of its members to be its clerk to preserve the minutes of its proceedings and actions in all cases pending before it. Such minutes shall be delivered to the prosecuting attorney before the jury is discharged.
