Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The grand jurors, after being sworn, shall be charged as to their duty by the judge of the court of common pleas, who shall call their attention particularly to the obligation of secrecy which their oaths impose, and explain to them the law applicable to such matters as may be brought before them.
