Effective: January 1, 1960 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 73 - 103rd General Assembly In any matter in which a minor is admitted to bail pursuant to Chapter 2937. of the Revised Code, the minority of the accused shall not be available as a defense to judgment against principal or surety, or against the sale of securities or transfer of cash bail, upon forfeiture.
