Effective: April 6, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 343 - 134th General Assembly Once a pro se victim or victim's attorney, if applicable, files a notice of appearance in a case, the pro se victim or victim's attorney shall be served copies of all notices, motions, and court orders filed thereafter in the case in the same manner as the parties in the case.
