Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Actions in quo warranto have precedence over other civil business. If the matter is of public concern, on motion of the attorney general or prosecuting attorney the court shall require as speedy a trial of the merits of the case as is consistent with the rights of the parties.
