Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If, in an action in quo warranto, judgment is rendered against a corporation, or against a person claiming to be a corporation, the court may render judgment for costs against the directors or other officers of the corporation, or against the person claiming to be a corporation.
