Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The trustees shall, as soon as possible after their appointment under section 2733.21 of the Revised Code, prepare and report to the court a statement of assets and liabilities of the corporation. At such times as are ordered by such court, the trustees shall report to it their proceedings as such trustees. Upon collecting such assets as are collectable and disbursing them to the approval of such court, the trustees and their sureties, by order of such court, shall be discharged from any further liability in the premises.
