Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any party to a quo warranto proceeding against a corporation, including trustees appointed as provided in section 2733.21 of the Revised Code, may appeal from any order made in such proceedings in the same manner as in civil cases. The orders of the court in which such proceedings are instituted or to which they are remanded are binding upon the trustees, stockholders, creditors, and other persons interested in such corporation, unless reversed by appropriate proceedings.
