Effective: March 17, 1987 Latest Legislation: House Bill 412 - 116th General Assembly When a lost or destroyed judgment or order is one to which either party has a right to appeal on questions of law, the time intervening between the filing of the application mentioned in section 2729.15 of the Revised Code and the final order of the court on the application shall be excluded in computing the time within which such appeal may be taken.
