Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The costs of the proceedings mentioned in section 2729.07 of the Revised Code shall be the same as are provided by law for like services in civil cases, and shall be paid out of the county treasury on the order of the court.
