Effective: September 24, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 58 - 123rd General Assembly With the exception of sections 2721.02 and 2721.03 of the Revised Code, the provisions of this chapter are independent and severable, and the invalidity of any part of those provisions does not affect or render the remainder of those provisions invalid or inoperative.
