Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When the record to be corrected is in any way connected with a body corporate, the petition mentioned in section 2719.02 of the Revised Code shall be filed in the county wherein the principal office of such corporation is located, and in all other cases, in the county wherein the record is kept.
