Effective: August 17, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 7 - 134th General Assembly Subject to sections 2717.07 and 2717.19 of the Revised Code, an application to conform a legal name shall set forth all of the following: (A) That the applicant has been a bona fide resident of the county where the applicant is filing for at least sixty days prior to the filing of the application. (B) An explanation of the misspelling, inconsistency, or other error in the name. (C) A description of the correction sought to conform the name on all official identity documents.
