Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When several attachments are executed on the same property, or the same person is made a garnishee by several parties, on the motion of any of the plaintiffs, the court may order a reference to ascertain and report the amounts and priorities of the several attachments.
