Effective: October 23, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 221 - 119th General Assembly The arbitral proceedings are terminated by the final arbitral award or by an order of the arbitral tribunal under section 2712.66 of the Revised Code. The award is final upon the expiration of the applicable periods set forth in sections 2712.62 to 2712.64 of the Revised Code.
