Effective: October 23, 1991 Latest Legislation: House Bill 221 - 119th General Assembly The parties may agree on the place of arbitration within this state. If the parties do not reach such an agreement, the place of arbitration shall be determined by the arbitral tribunal having regard to the circumstances of the case, including the convenience of the parties.
