Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If a case is reached in its order in the supreme court, and there are other cases on the docket involving the same questions, such cases may be taken out of their order and disposed of with the one reached in order. If a case is disposed of and again comes into court, it shall be taken up as if it had its original place on the docket.
