Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of his office, the law librarian shall give bond to the state in the sum of five thousand dollars, with two or more sureties approved by the chief justice of the supreme court, conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of his office. Such bond with the approval of the chief justice and the oath of office indorsed thereon shall be deposited with the treasurer of state and kept in his office.
