Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In case of a vacancy in the office of clerk of the supreme court, the supreme court shall appoint a clerk pro tempore, who shall give a bond and take the oath of office required of the clerk by section 2503.06 of the Revised Code.
