Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The fees of the probate court for its services required by sections 2333.09 to 2333.27, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be five dollars in each case, and such fees as are allowed by law to clerks of the court of common pleas for similar services.
