Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If an examination held pursuant to sections 2333.09 to 2333.27, inclusive, of the Revised Code, is before a referee, such examination must be taken by the referee, and certified to the judge. All examinations and answers before a judge or referee must be on oath. When a corporation answers, the answer must be on the oath of an officer thereof.
