Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In a proceeding under sections 2333.09 to 2333.27, inclusive, of the Revised Code, the judge of the court of common pleas or the probate judge may order a reference to a referee agreed upon, or appointed by such judge to report the evidence or the facts. Such judge or referee may continue his proceedings from time to time, until they are completed.
