Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly As upon execution, the officer holding a writ shall sell any property of the defendant delivered to him pursuant to section 2333.06 of the Revised Code which would be liable to seizure and sale on execution, and hold all the other property to abide the order of the court.
