Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly An execution against the person of the debtor, except as prescribed in section 2331.05 of the Revised Code, can be issued only when allowed by the supreme court, court of appeals, court of common pleas, probate court, or any judge of such courts, upon being satisfied, by the affidavit of the judgment creditor or his attorney, and such other evidence as is presented, of the existence of one or more of the particulars mentioned in section 2331.02 of the Revised Code.
