Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All notices and advertisements for the sale of lands and tenements located in a township and not within the limits of a municipal corporation, which are made by virtue of proceedings in a court of record therein, must contain the name of the township in which the lands and tenements are located.
