Effective: July 29, 1983 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 23 - 115th General Assembly Sections 2329.021 to 2329.027 of the Revised Code do not affect the right of a judgment creditor to bring an action to enforce a foreign judgment rather than to enforce the judgment pursuant to those sections.
