Effective: May 22, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 268 - 129th General Assembly The court of common pleas of a county by general order filed with the clerk of the court shall determine the retention period for all documents and electronic media filed with the commissioners of jurors in compliance with applicable rules of superintendence for the courts of Ohio.
