Effective: September 29, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 283 - 123rd General Assembly No later than five days after a child described in section 2151.55 of the Revised Code is enrolled in school in the district described in that section, the placing entity shall provide in writing the information described in division (B) of section 2151.551 of the Revised Code to the school district and the child's foster caregiver.
