Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly A county's reviewed and signed, or reviewed, updated, and signed, memorandum of understanding, as applicable, shall go into effect and supersede any previous memorandum upon the department of children and youth determination that the memorandum is compliant under section 2151.4230 of the Revised Code.
