Effective: April 6, 2017 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 332 - 131st General Assembly A court that issues an order pursuant to section 2151.3522 of the Revised Code shall treat the child who is the subject of the order the same as a child adjudicated a neglected child when performing duties under Chapter 2151. of the Revised Code with respect to the child, except that there is a rebuttable presumption that it is not in the child's best interest to return the child to the natural parents.
