Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly Section 2151.233 of the Revised Code shall not affect the authority of the juvenile court to issue a custody or support order under division (A)(1) of section 2151.23 of the Revised Code or when granting custody of the child to a relative or placing a child under a kinship care agreement.
