Effective: January 1, 1974 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 1 - 110th General Assembly "Legal disability" as used in Chapters 2101., 2103., 2105., 2107., 2109., 2111., 2113., 2115., 2117., 2119., 2121., 2123., 2125., 2127., 2129., and 2131. of the Revised Code includes the following: (A) Persons under the age of eighteen years; (B) Persons of unsound mind; (C) Persons in captivity; (D) Persons under guardianship of the person and estate, or either.
