Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly An ancillary administrator shall file in the probate court of every county in this state in which real property of the nonresident decedent is located a certified copy of the records in the court of the ancillary administrator's appointment that affect the title to that real property.
