Effective: May 31, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 346 - 118th General Assembly Creditors having claims against the estate of a nonresident decedent shall file them with the ancillary administrator who is appointed in accordance with sections 2109.21 and 2129.08 of the Revised Code, within the time and in the manner provided by sections 2117.06 and 2117.07 of the Revised Code.
