Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly Wards living out of this state and owning real property within it are entitled to the benefit of sections 2127.01 to 2127.43 of the Revised Code. Complaints for the sale of real property by guardians of those wards shall be filed in the county in which the real property is situated, or if situated in two or more counties, then in one of the counties in which a part of it is situated. Additional security shall be required from the guardians, if considered necessary by the probate court of the county in which the complaints are filed.
