Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly If a person appointed by the court under section 2127.22 of the Revised Code as an appraiser fails to discharge the person's duties, the probate judge on the judge's own motion or on the motion of the executor, administrator, or guardian may appoint another appraiser.
