Effective: January 1, 1971 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 185 - 108th General Assembly After giving the notice required in section 2115.04 of the Revised Code, the executor or administrator, with the aid of the appraiser, if an appraisement is to be made, shall make the inventory required by section 2115.02 of the Revised Code.
