Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly An executor or administrator appointed in any other state or country may commence and prosecute an action or proceeding in any court in this state, in the capacity as executor or administrator, in the same manner and under the same restrictions as a nonresident is permitted to sue.
