Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly If a person compelled under section 2109.50 of the Revised Code to appear for examination refuses to answer interrogatories propounded, the probate court shall commit the person to the county jail, and the person shall remain in close custody until the person submits to the court's order.
