Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 529 - 127th General Assembly If a declarant or deceased adult has made an anatomical gift under sections 2108.01 to 2108.29 of the Revised Code, any person to whom the declarant has assigned the right of disposition under section 2108.70 of the Revised Code, or who has the right as described in section 2108.81 of the Revised Code, is bound by the anatomical gift and must follow the instructions associated with the gift before making any decisions or taking any other actions associated with the right.
