Effective: June 30, 2010 Latest Legislation: House Bill 102 - 128th General Assembly A health care professional or health care institution is not liable for damages in a civil action, subject to prosecution in a criminal proceeding, or subject to disciplinary action by the state medical board or board of nursing for acting in good faith pursuant to section 2108.61 of the Revised Code.
